TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and the City of Terre Haute will host the 2018 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Swimming and Diving Championships at the Vigo County Aquatic Center on Feb. 9-11.

The three-day meet marks the first college conference championship event in the $9 million facility.  The five HCAC schools with men's and women's programs (Anderson, Franklin, Manchester, Rose-Hulman, Transylvania) will each compete in the inaugural championship event.

Preliminary sessions begin at 10 a.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  Event finals on Friday and Saturday will begin at 6 p.m.  Sunday features a conference-wide Senior Recognition Ceremony at 4 p.m., followed by the event finals at 5 p.m.

(NOTE: The complete event schedule is AVAILABLE HERE.)

Admission is available for $10 per day or $25 for a three-day all-session wristband.  Daily tickets provide admittance to both morning and evening sessions.

Although this marks the inaugural HCAC Swimming and Diving Championship events, the conference has enjoyed a strong tradition of success.  HCAC teams have combined for seven conference championships in other leagues since 2014.  Individuals from three different HCAC programs have also recently competed at the NCAA Division III National Championships.

Swimming and diving will become a fully-sponsored HCAC sport beginning with the 2018-19 year, when Hanover College becomes the sixth conference member with men's and women's swimming and diving programs.
