Coach of the Year Sweep, Razma MVP Award Lead Track & Field HCAC Honors

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology swept the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's and Women's Coach of the Year awards, and senior Gabi Razma was named Most Outstanding Field Athlete to highlight the Fightin' Engineer indoor track and field all-league award winners released Wednesday.

Larry Cole was named HCAC Men's and Women's Coach of the Year after leading the Fightin' Engineers to their 8th consecutive men's title and the 2nd women's league championship in program history.  Rose-Hulman has now won the last 18 men's indoor or outdoor HCAC championships contested, and Cole is a 20-time HCAC Coach of the Year between the two programs.  Members of the coaching staff also include Geoff Wayton, Christy Sherman, Liz Evans, Cole Hruskovich, Max Tuttle and Dimitris Valioulis.

Razma was named Most Outstanding Field Athlete after recording four first-place performances at the HCAC championship meet.  She earned first-place honors in the triple jump, the 400-meter dash and on the 4-x-200 and 4-x-400 meter relay teams.  Razma also came home second in the long jump.
