Women's Soccer Bounces Back at Westminster 2-0

COLUMBIA, Mo. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's soccer team bounced back this afternoon defeating the Westminster (Mo.) Blue Jays by a final score of 2-0.  

Leading the way for the Rose-Hulman offense was Madeline Romeo and Lauren London.  Romeo scored a goal on a pass from Desiree Bell and registered an assist.  Lauren London found the back of the net for her first goal of the season, courtesy of assists from Romeo and Corie Ewoldt.

Carli Weinberg and Chiarra Franklin combined on the clean sheet; Weinberg picked up two saves in the win.  

The win pushes Rose-Hulman's record to 3-2 in 2016.  Their next game is Thursday September 15 at Webster.  Game time is set for 6 P.M. CT.
