GREENCASTLE, Ind. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology fell 9-0 to nationally ranked DePauw University in its final tuneup for the NCAA Division III Tournament that will take place mid-May.
DePauw stood No. 26 nationally entering the match and improved to 13-6 with the victory. The Fightin' Engineers will compete in the NCAA Tournament after winning the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament title last fall.
Rose-Hulman has a 14-3 record on the women's tennis season. The NCAA Tournament selection show takes place Monday May 8. First round tournament action takes place either May 11 or 12 at a site to be announced on May 8.
