Women's Cross Country Picked to Finish 4th in HCAC

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's cross country team has been picked to finish fourth in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference this season, in the preseason coaches poll released on Aug. 23.

Rose-Hulman received 75 of a possible 100 poll points in the HCAC preseason poll after finishing fourth in last year's championship.  The Fightin' Engineers return all-conference performer Kally Morozin from the 2016 league meet.  The team includes three other top 40 finishers in last season's championship and a deep roster featuring over 15 runners.

The 2017 season begins on Sept. 9 with a trip to the John McNichols Invitational, hosted by Indiana State at the Lavern Gibson Course in Terre Haute.
