Women's Cross Country to Compete at NCAA Regional

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology will compete in the six-kilometer NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional on Saturday at Powell, Ohio.

RHIT NEWS & NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman won its first Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference championship in October.
* The Fightin' Engineers (56 points) outdistanced Manchester (60 points) and Bluffton (63 points) to win the HCAC Championship.
* Geoff Wayton was named HCAC Coach of the Year for his efforts.
* Kally Morozin (3rd place) and Camille Blaisdell (6th place) earned all-HCAC honors.
* Honorable mention all-conference perfomers included Rachel Shubella (14th), Emma Ross (17th) and Mary Petersen (19th).
* The team's deep performance included top 25 finishes by Annelise Cassidy (21st), Alexa Kovacs (22nd) and Sarozjani Hunter (24th).
* Rose-Hulman recorded its best ever finish in the Indiana Intercollegiate Championships, finishing third in the 13-team race in September.
