LEXINGTON, Ky. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's tennis team rolled to a massive 9-0 victory over Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference opponent Transylvania.

Anna Thompson and Naomi Bhagat won 8-0 at #1 Doubles. Bella Evans and Linde Schaffer won 8-0 at #2 Doubles and Becca Stanley and Beata Barati won 8-3 at #3 Doubles.

Singles winners included Anna Thompson, Bella Evans, Naomi Bhagat, Lauren Edwards, Sydney Short and Linde Schaffer.

Rose-Hulman improved to 2-0 on the season and 1-0 in the HCAC.

The Fightin' Engineers will next play Franklin College on Wednesday September 14 in Terre Haute.
