KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's tennis team combined for three wins at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Regional at Kalamazoo College.
In singles play, Cam Metzger opened the day with a straight sets win over Andrew Siciliano of John Carroll before falling in the round of 64. After dropping an opening round match, Andre Adam bounced back with a straight set win over Michael Connolly of Illinois College to also finish 1-1 on the day.
In doubles play, the team of Metzger and Adam topped Jose Bonilla and Michael Kolbus from DePauw in the first round, before falling in the round of 32.
Rose-Hulman will open the 2017-18 men's tennis season at Oglethorpe University on Feb. 24.
