GREENCASTLE, Ind. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's tennis players combined for seven victories to open the 2018 season at the DePauw University Invitational on Saturday and Sunday.

Six players contributed one singles victory each in the tournament.  Winners included Fanny-Jane Banda, Beata Barati, Naomi Bhagat, Kai Faulk, Krista Manche and Linde Schaffer.  In doubles action, the team of Barati and Richardson added one match win.

Rose-Hulman opens the 2018 dual match regular season at home on Sept. 15, hosting Defiance College.
