FULL RESULTS
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology earned a fourth-place team finish and was first among NCAA Division III teams at the Indiana Intercollegiate Meet on Saturday at Purdue University.
Rose-Hulman relied on seven top-10 performances to earn the fourth-place team finish.
The 200-freestyle relay team of
Tyler Sommer,
Logan McLaughlin,
Ryan Nikolic and
Jared Brown earned the day's top-five finish with a time of 1:27.07 in the final event.
The 200-medley relay team of
Justin Roberts,
Derick Miller, Brown and Sommer added a sixth-place finish in 1:37.73. The second 200-freestyle relay team of
Brendan King,
Sam West, Miller and
Vineet Ranade added a time of 1:29.04 for seventh place.
Individual top-10 finishers included
Evan Sellers with a seventh in the 500-freestyle (4:54.67);
Ryan Bowering with a ninth in the 500-freestyle (4:57.08); Ranade with a 9th in the 200-freestyle (1:47.30); and Brown with a 10th in the 50-freestyle (21.63).
The Rose-Hulman men's squad returns to action at Wabash College on Friday night.
