NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's tennis season came to an end in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference championship match, as Transylvania University picked up a 5-1 victory to earn an NCAA Division III Tournament bid.

Hannah Snider put the Engineers on the board with a 6-2, 6-2 win at the No. 6 singles position.
Transylvania added two more singles victories to wrap up the match and secure a bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament.
Transylvania will take a 10-1 record into the NCAA Division III Tournament. Rose-Hulman completed the season as the HCAC runner-up for both the regular season and tournament with a record of 5-3.
