Men's Golf Wins the Battle at Belterra

FLORENCE, Indiana -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's golf takes home a first place finish in the Battle at Belterra featuring eight of the nine HCAC teams. This win marks the first tournament win for the Rose-Hulman men since their HCAC Championship in 2020-2021.

Thomas Butler led the way for the Fightin' Engineers with a 76-70 for a total of 146. This +4 weekend was good enough for third place in the tournament. Butler also finished the weekend with 3 birdies and 7 bogeys, and he scored -1 on the Par 5's.

Ryan Beerheide also brought home a top-5 finish with a 76-72 for a total of 148. His second round of 72 marks the career-low for the freshman and included three birdies.
