TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman women's cross country team competed at the John McNichols Invite this Saturday. The team finished eighth in a competitive field with a team score of 220.
Jocelyn Onstot highlighted the Fightin' Engineers' performance with a 39th-place finish and a time of 23:51.65.
Brianna Bittel followed with a 62nd-place finish and a time of 25:06.63.
Rebecca Testa rounded out the top three finishers with a 65th-place finish and a time of 25:25.67.
The women's cross country team will return to action, with the team splitting up to attend two meets on Friday, October 3. Selected individuals will travel to Paul Short Run to compete at 1 PM, and the other athletes will return to LaVern Gibson to compete in the Nike XC Town Twilight Meet at 9:45 PM.
