TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman men's swimming and diving team started their season at the Indiana DIII Championships on Saturday. The team earned a third-place finish with a team score of 690.5.

Rose finished the meet with three event wins and 13 top-three finishes. 

Eliot Riem led the divers, winning both the 1-meter and 3-meter competitions with scores of 227.10 and 205.80.

The team's other event win came from Will Ho with a first-place finish in the 100 butterfly with a time of 52.74. Ho also earned a second-place finish in the 100 backstroke with a time of 52.17, and in the 100 freestyle with a time of 48.01.

The Rose-Hulman men's swim-dive team will return home to host Wabash in their home opener on Friday, October 23, at 7 PM.
