ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- The Rose-Hulman Fightin' Engineers women's tennis team fell short in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament against Kenyon with a final score of 4-0.
This is the third NCAA Tournament appearance for Rose-Hulman women's tennis in program history. The team also made the tournament in the 2010 and 2016 seasons.
The Fightin' Engineers dropped the doubles point after suffering losses at No. 2 and 3 doubles. The No. 2 team of
Emerson Donaldson and
Nova Gladden fell short in their match with a score of 6-1. The No. 3 doubles team of
Paige Mills and
Camille Clark was defeated with a score of 6-0.
Kenyon secured the win in the match after earning three singles wins at the No. 1,2, and 6 spots.
Lia Taylor suffered a loss in the No. 1 spot with a final score of 6-0, 6-0.
Emerson Donaldson fell short to her opponent at No. 2 singles 6-1, 6-0.
Nova Gladden represented the team at No. 6 singles, dropping the match with scores of 6-0, 6-2.
Rose-Hulman women's tennis wraps up their 2025-26 season with a record of 13-9 overall.
