Glen Miller enters his 12th season on the Rose-Hulman swimming and diving coach staff in the upcoming 2024-25 season.

Miller has nearly 50 years of experience as diving coach.  On the men's side, his efforts have helped Peter Venema earn HCAC Diver of the Year honors in 2018 and 2019.  Sam Gould also earned four all-CCIW awards and three individual event championships.  On the women's side, Michelle Reese won the HCAC one-meter title in 2018 and Regen Foote led the women's squad with one conference title and three all-CCIW performances.

Miller was named the 2023 recipient of the John Mutchner Award, presented to the gentleman who has unselfishly given time and support to the athletic department. 

Miller has served as a school teacher in the Vigo County School Corporation for more than a generation.  He is a licensed swimming official and has coached both swimming and diving throughout his career.
