Volleyball Team Heads to Greenville on Tuesday

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology volleyball team hits the road for a non-conference matchup at Greenville College on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. Central Time (5:30 Indiana time).

The Fightin' Engineers come into the match with a 2-2 record after splitting four matches at the HCAC/MIAA Challenge last weekend at Manchester University.  Rose-Hulman has won its last two matches, with a four-set win over Olivet and a three-set victory over Adrian.

Junior Sarah Jensen leads the offensive effort this season with 46 kills and has added 13 blocks.  Sophomore Morgan Dreyer has contributed 36 kills and a team-high 86 assists.

Sophomore Emily McLendon recorded 24 blocks in the season's first four matches, while freshman Gabi Razma tallied 92 digs (6.13 per set) last weekend.

Greenville stands 1-2 on the season after facing three talented teams last weekend.  The Panthers defeated Loras in five sets and fell to Washington University (Mo.) and Nebraska Wesleyan.

After Tuesday's match, the Fightin' Engineers return to action at the Rose-Hulman Volleyball Invitational on Saturday and Sunday.
