TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's soccer team returns to the road with a trip to Illinois Wesleyan University on Sunday at 4:30 p.m. ET (3:30 p.m. Illinois time).
Rose-Hulman improved to 3-0-2 on the season with a 2-0 victory at Principia College on Thursday night. Junior Marco Cattani and sophomore Tyler Blankenship provided the offense with goals, and senior Drew Miller recorded his 26th career shutout in goal.
The Fightin' Engineers complete a four-game road trip with Sunday's matchup against Illinois Wesleyan. Rose-Hulman will host three of its next four matches after facing the Titans.
The Engineers enter the week ranked No. 9 in the NSCAA Great Lakes Region rankings and are also receiving votes in the D3soccer.com weekly national poll.
Illinois Wesleyan has a 3-2 record entering Saturday's home matchup with Dubuque. The Titans have won their last three matches, defeated Wisconsin-Platteville, Alma and Benedictine. Rose-Hulman has one common opponent with Illinois Wesleyan, as the Engineers tied Alma 0-0 earlier this fall.
After Sunday's match, Rose-Hulman hosts DePauw University in a matchup of in-state non-conference foes on Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the Engineer Intramural Field.
