TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Millikin University relied on a second half goal from Taylor Hartman to earn a tightly contest 1-0 women's soccer win over Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology on Saturday afternoon.

Hartman scored on a pass from Jenna Eaker at the 50:00 mark for the lone score of the match.  Millikin goalkeeper Anna Benvenuto recorded seven saves to lead the defense.

Rose-Hulman outshot the Big Blue 13-6 in the match, with Madeline Romeo firing a team-high four shots.  Cassidy Cain and Corie Ewoldt added two shots each.

Rose-Hulman stands 2-3 on the season, while Millikin has a mark of 2-2.  The Fightin' Engineers return to action at Kenyon College next Saturday.
