TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology hits the road for Greenville College in a non-conference volleyball matchup at 7 pm Central Time (8 pm Indiana time) on Wednesday night.
Rose-Hulman stands 10-12 on the season, while Greenville enters the matchup with a 16-5 record. The Fightin' Engineers topped Muskingum in straight sets on Saturday in their most recent match.
Sophomore Bailey MacInnis (184), junior Becca Poppel (120) and senior Emily McLendon (100) have crossed the 100 mark in kills so far this season. Alison Rogozinski (352) and Katie Orbeta (292) lead the assist effort, and Rogozinski has a team-high 18 service aces.
Junior Gabi Razma leads the HCAC in digs (419) and digs per set (5.66) to pace the back row defensive effort, and senior Emily McLendon (98 blocks, 1.32 per set) paces the HCAC in blocks per set to help lead the front row defense.
After Wednesday's match, Rose-Hulman travels to Hanover for a key pair of matches on Saturday. The Fightin' Engineers face preseason league title favorite Hanover at 1 pm, then square off with Berea College at 5 pm in a non-conference matchup.
