TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman soccer team will put its seven game win streak on the line on Wednesday October 26 when the Fightin' Engineers host the Franklin College Grizzlies. The men are a perfect 7-0 in Heartland Conference play entering the final week of the regular season.
Most recently, the men enjoyed a 6-0 Senior Day victory over Bluffton this past Saturday October 22. The Fightin' Engineers scored five second half goals, including a flurry of three goals in three minutes to secure the victory.
Ben Lyon and Austin Webb both scored twice in the contest and Dieter Schultz assisted on three of the six goals. Schultz leads the team and the conference with 10 assists.
Franklin enters Wednesday's game with an overall record of 3-8-4 and a record of 3-3-1 HCAC play. The Fightin' Engineers lead the HCAC with a 7-0 record and are 11-5 overall.
Kickoff from Intramural Field is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
