DECATUR, Ill. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's soccer team dropped a close contest on the road at Millikin University Saturday night by a final score of 2-1.
No goals were scored until a flurry of shots found the back of the net in the final 15 minutes of the game. Millikin went up 2-0 on goals scored by Bradyn Nokes and Tucker Mathieson.
In the 89th minute Austin Webb scored to give Rose-Hulman some late life. Charles Lynch was credited with the assist on the goal.
The loss drops Rose-Hulman to 4-3 on the season. The Fightin' Engineers will be back in action on Wednesday September 21 at home against DePauw.
Game time is set for 7 P.M. at Intramural Field.
