Volleyball Heads to Millikin on Saturday

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology returns to the volleyball court for two matches on Saturday at Millikin University.

The Fightin' Engineers will square off with Augustana College (Ill.) on Saturday at 2 p.m. Central Time, before facing the host nationally ranked Millikin Big Blue at 4 p.m. Central Time.

Rose-Hulman stands 7-7 overall and 1-0 in Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference play after sweeping Manchester in three sets on Wednesday night. Bailey MacInnis leads Rose-Hulman with 116 kills, followed by Becca Poppel with 94. Alison Rogozinski (255) and Katie Orbeta (187) lead in assists, with Rogozinski contributing a team-high 13 service aces.

Defensively, Gabi Razma has a team-high 254 digs (5.29/set), while Emily McLendon (55) and Mackenzie Gosard (29) lead the blocking attack.

Augustana has a 9-4 record after falling in four sets to Carthage on Wednesday night. Millikin stands No. 24 in the latest American Volleyball Coaches Association poll and stands 9-3 overall.

After Saturday's action, Rose-Hulman hosts DePauw University on Thursday at 7 p.m.
