GREENVILLE, Ill. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology improved to 3-0 on the men's soccer season with a 3-0 win at Greenville College on Tuesday night.
Alex Jansen scored just before halftime to give Rose-Hulman an early lead, courtesy of an assist from Austin Webb.
In the second half, the lead moved to 2-0 on a goal from Turner Perkins that came off a pass from Dieter Schultz. The final goal came from Charles Lynch on another assist from Schultz.
Michael Lawrence and Carter Wright combined on Rose-Hulman's third straight shutout in goal. The Engineers controlled play throughout, outshooting Greenville 12-1.
Rose-Hulman puts its 3-0 mark on the line with a trip to Carroll (Wis.) on Friday night.
