HANOVER, Ind.-- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology came up just short in their road match against HCAC competitor Hanover College with a final score of 6-3.  This drops the team to 5-3 overall and 3-2 in the HCAC this season.  

The No.1 doubles team for the Engineers composed of Naomi Bhagat and Breanna Rogers were able to pick up a win 8-7 (7-5).  Rose-Hulman trailed 2-1 after doubles competition.  

In singles matches, Rose-Hulman was able to pick up wins in No. 1 and No. 3 singles.  No. 1 singles player Bhagat was able to pick up the win 1-6, 6-4, 1-0 (10-7).  No. 3 singles player Fanny-Jane Banda was able to record a win 6-3, 6-0.  

Rose-Hulman will look ahead as they host Indiana-East on Tuesday, 10/8 at 5:30 PM.  This match will be the Engineers Senior day as they honor their two seniors Naomi Bhagat, Kyla Jarvis, and Anna Thompson.
