Men's Basketball Travels to DePauw on Friday at 7 PM

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology travels to DePauw University for an in-state non-conference matchup on Friday night.

Rose-Hulman opened the 2019-20 season with a 98-90 victory over Oakland City University on Tuesday at Hulbert Arena.
Trey Wurtz led a balanced scoring attack with a career-high 20 points on 8-12 from the field.
Craig McGee added 16 points, seven rebounds and six assists in the season opening win.
Eli Combs and John Czarnecki came off the bench to reach double figures with 13 points each on Tuesday.
Rose-Hulman finished 17-9 last season and have been picked to finish third in the HCAC this season, according to the league's preseason coaches poll.
Craig McGee was named a D3News.com Preseason Honorable Mention All-American after averaging 12.7 ppg, 5.5 rpg and 4.9 apg last season.
Head coach Rusty Loyd enters contest with a career record of 81-53. Loyd has led Rose-Hulman to one regular season confrence title and two appearances in the HCAC Tournament Championship Game.

The Opponent: DePauw (0-1, 0-0 NCAC)

DePauw University dropped its opener 80-73 to Franklin College on Tuesday night.
Nolan Ginther led DePauw with 18 points, nine rebounds and four assists in its season opener.
DePauw finished 17-10 last season and 10-8 in North Coast Athletic Conference play.
Head coach Bill Fenlon is in his 27th year at DePauw with a 550-339 record. Fenlon was the head coach at Rose-Hulman for three seasons from 1989-91, with a record of 53-26.
