TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology volleyball team opens the 2021 season at home against Manchester University on Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
ROSE-HULMAN GAME NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman reached the HCAC Tournament Semifinal Round in 2019 before falling to eventual conference champion Transylvania.
* The Fightin' Engineers won the 2018 HCAC Tournament Championship to reach the NCAA Division III Tournament for the second time in program history.

Katryna Dahlberg is ranked No. 7 in Rose-Hulman history with 1,569 digs. She needs 36 digs to vault into No. 4 on the all-time list.
* Dahlberg was the 2018 and 2019 HCAC Defensive Most Valuable Player.
* Rose-Hulman was picked to finish 4th in the HCAC standings this season, in the preseason coaches poll released on Thursday.
MANCHESTER GAME NOTES:
* Manchester opens its winter season after finishing 1-5 in non-conference matches in the fall.
* Halle Planck leads the Spartans with 49 kills.
