HCAC TOURNAMENT WEBSITE

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's tennis team travels to the Top Seed Tennis Club for this weekend's HCAC Tournament semifinals and championship match.  The winner of this weekend's tournament receives an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament in May.

HCAC TOURNAMENT INFO:
* HCAC Tournament Matchups at Top Seed Tennis Club (Nicholasville, Ky.)

    SEMIFINALS on Saturday Oct. 16:
    (1) Transylvania vs. (4) Rose-Hulman - 11 am
    (2) Anderson vs. (3) Hanover - 12:30 pm

    CHAMPIONSHIP on Sunday Oct. 17:
    Saturday's winners - 10 am

ROSE-HULMAN (3-5, 2-3 HCAC) NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman has earned the No. 4 seed for this week's HCAC Tournament.
* Taylor Goldman has a 7-3 record this season, including a 6-2 mark in duel matches at No. 1 singles.
* Ruby Kauffman has added a 5-5 record in singles play at the primarily No. 3 position.
* Ella Dorfmueller, Julia McGuire and Krista Manche have won two matches each.
* Wynne Aldrich picked up her first collegiate tennis victory in round one of the HCAC Tournament after joining the squad in October.
* In doubles play, Goldman has a 6-4 record and Kauffman stands 5-5.  Dorfmueller and Breanna Rogers have two wins each.
* Rose-Hulman reached the HCAC Tournament Championship Match last season before falling to eventual league champion Transylvania.
