TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's tennis team hosts Transylvania University as part of Homecoming festivities at 10 am on Saturday at the Joy Hulbert Tennis Center.

ROSE-HULMAN (2-4, 2-2 HCAC) NOTES:
* Saturday's match is Senior Day for Fightin' Engineer 4-year team member Krista Manche.  Krista has won 17 total matches as a Rose-Hulman women's tennis player entering today's action.
* Rose-Hulman has secured the No. 4 seed for the HCAC Tournament with a 2-4 overall record and a 2-2 mark in HCAC play.
* Rose-Hulman will host No. 5 seed Franklin College in the opening round of the HCAC Tournament on Wednesday night.
* Taylor Goldman leads Rose-Hulman with a 6-2 record this season, including a 4-0 mark in HCAC play.  Goldman has 5 straight match wins entering Saturday's match.
* Ruby Kauffman has added 4 singles wins this season and has a 4-4 mark.
* The doubles team of Goldman and Kauffman stands 3-1 so far this season.
* Ella Dorfmueller and Julia McGuire have added two singles wins each.
* Dallas Kelsey was named 2020-21 HCAC Women's Tennis Coach of the Year after leading the Engineers to runner-up finishes in the regular season and league tournament.

THE OPPONENT:
* Transylvania has a 4-1 record and a 4-0 HCAC mark entering today's match.
