TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology heads to DePauw University for a Saturday morning 9 am matchup against the Tigers.

ROSE-HULMAN NEWS & NOTES (0-0, 0-0 HCAC)

* The Rose-Hulman women's tennis opens the regular season schedule today after competing at the HCAC Invitational last weekend.
* Rose-Hulman finished 3-3 in singles play and 3-3 in doubles play at the HCAC Invitational.
* Singles winners included Fanny-Jane Banda; Taylor Goldman; and Krista Manche.
* Doubles winners included the teams of Breanna Rogers and Goldman; Banda and Ella Dorfmueller; and Hannah Snider and Ruby Kauffman.
* The Fightin' Engineers finished 8-8 overall and 5-2 in HCAC play last season.
* Fanny-Jane Banda is the winningest current player on the Rose-Hulman roster, with a 39-7 career singles record and a 23-24 doubles mark.
* After Saturday's match, Rose-Hulman returns to action at the Brickway Tennis Center in Terre Haute - against Greenville - on Saturday Feb. 27.

* DePauw makes its 2020-21 season debut on Saturday against Rose-Hulman.
* The Tigers were 3-4 in the abbreviated 2020-21 season, defeating John Carroll, Wooster and Ohio Wesleyan.
