TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology heads to Manchester University to open the 2020-21 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference season on Saturday at noon.

* The Rose-Hulman women's tennis team opens HCAC play on Saturday after two successful events in the pre-conference schedule.
* The women's squad finished 3-3 at the HCAC Invitational on Feb. 13 and won two matches at DePauw to tie the most victories the Fightin' Engineers have ever had against the strong Tiger program.
* Taylor Goldman was named HCAC Player of the Week for her efforts in winning the No. 2 singles match at DePauw.
* Fanny-Jane Banda is the winningest current player on the Rose-Hulman roster, with a 39-8 career singles record and a 23-25 doubles mark.
* The Fightin' Engineers finished 8-8 overall and 5-2 in HCAC play last season.
