ROSE-HULMANÂ (3-1, 3-1 HCAC) GAME NOTES:
*Â Rose-Hulman stands 3-1 on the season, with wins over Defiance, Mount St. Joseph and Franklin.

Michael Stevens (Defense) and
Adam Clark (Special Teams) were named HCAC Players of the Week for their efforts in the 34-14 win over Franklin.
* The Fightin' Engineers have had 5 players chosen to the D3football.com National Team of the Week so far this season. Â
Michael Stevens (LB) has been named to the team twice this year, with
Rashard Brown (DB),
Noah Thomas (WR) and
Shane Welshans (RB) making the national team once each in 2020-21.

Shane Welshans leads the Rose-Hulman offense with 445 rushing yards and has scored 8 total touchdowns this season. Â Welshans has two 100-yard rushing games, against Mount St. Joseph (139) and Franklin (159).

Andrew Dion ranks No. 3 in school history in passing yards (6,447) and stands No. 2 all-time in touchdown passes (60).

Michael Stevens leads the defense with 43 tackles and is tied with
Rashard Brown for the team-high 2 interceptions.
Andrew Hesse leads the team with 6 sacks.
* Rose-Hulman has tallied 16 sacks on defense and the offensive line has only allowed 5 sacks in the first 4 games.
BLUFFTON (4-3, 3-3 HCAC) GAME NOTES:
* Bluffton picked up a 23-20 win over archrival Defiance last weekend. Â Zachary Nobis passed for 130 yards and Maalik Tucker rushed for 87 to lead the Beavers offense.
* Montez Archer Jr. is having one of the top  defensive seasons in all of NCAA Divsion III football.  Archer has 6 interceptions, 2 fumble recoveries and 2 touchdowns (punt return and fumble return).
* Darian Greeley leads Bluffton with 644 rushing yards this season. Â Nobis has been a dual threat QB with 1005 passing yards and 313 rushing yards.
