TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology football team travels to Bluffton University in road Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference action on Saturday at 1:30 pm.

ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman continues its defense of its 2021 HCAC championship today at Bluffton. The Fightin' Engineers have won 11 consecutive games against HCAC competition dating to the spring season that took place during the 2020-21 academic year.
* Jeff Sokol has a career record of 65-20 against HCAC competition,  including 18-3 since the start of the 2019 season.
* Miguel Robertson has passed for 862 yards and 9 touchdowns in 4 starts to lead the Rose-Hulman offense this season.
* Daniel Huery leads the team with 483 receiving yards on 28 receptions with  6 touchdowns.  Adam Tice-Saliu has added 19 catches for 277 yards and 3 touchdowns, and Jailen Hobbs has 15 receptions for 149 yards and 1 score.
* The defense has been led by Kyzer Bowen with 43 tackles, 1 sack and 1 blocked kick.
* Tyce Miller and Winston Amankwah, who earned HCAC Defensive Player of the Week honors against Trine, currently lead the defense with 2 interceptions.
* Justin Pierson was named a Preseason All-American by D3football.com after earning all-region honors in 2021.

BLUFFTON NOTES:
* Bluffton seeks its first win under new head coach Matthew Nardo on Saturday.
* Blake Rine leads the passing offense with 1,123 yards and eight touchdowns.
* Maalik Tucker has rushed for 295 yards and two scores to lead the ground attack. Tucker also has two receiving touchdowns to join Ethan Beringer for team-high honors.
* Karl Foster leads the Beavers with 51 tackles.  Keith Holmes Jr. has paced the defensive line with 5.5 tackles-for-loss.
