ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's swimming and diving team won 3 events and recorded 13 top-five finishes in a 185-91 loss to No. 8 Washington University in St. Louis on Friday night.
Vineet Ranade led the swimming effort with a win in the 100-butterfly with an impressive early season time of 52.78 seconds.
John Dinkel added a sweep of 1-meter (197.25) and 3-meter (202.35) diving to bolster the team score.
Rose-Hulman's 13 top five finishers are listed below. The Fightin' Engineers return to action at the Wooster Invitational on Dec. 1-3.
