TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's basketball team travels to in-state rival Hanover College on Wednesday at 7:30 PM for their third consecutive road game and ninth in ten games.

ROSE-HULMAN (5-4, 2-1 HCAC) GAME NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman had a 4-game winning streak snapped in Saturday's overtime loss at MSJ. HCAC wins in the streak were Transylvania and Earlham.
* On Wednesday, Rose-Hulman retained the John Mutchner Cup for the 10th consecutive year with a 77-65 win at Earlham. The Cup is named in honor of the former Rose-Hulman men's basketball coach and athletic director who was a standout at Earlham and is a member of both Athletic Halls of Fame.
* Terry Hicks scored a career-high 21 points, and Kobe Stoudemire added a career-high 15 points to pace Rose-Hulman in Wednesday's win at Earlham.
* Miles McGowen was named HCAC Player of the Week after averaging 16.0 points and 14.5 rebounds in games at Carthage and Albion.
* Max Chaplin has reached double figures seven times this season, highlighted by a 19-point effort in the Transylvania win
* Nick Sales is completing his first year at Rose-Hulman. Sales was associate head coach at Marietta for the past nine seasons where he won seven OAC regular season championships, made three NCAA tournaments, and reached the NCAA Division III Final Four in 2022. Sales was 204-45 on staff at Marietta.
* Rose-Hulman hosts the team's Community Night Game with free admission on Tuesday Dec. 20 vs. Wabash in their final game before a break for Christmas.

HANOVER (5-2, 2-0 HCAC) GAME NOTES:
* Hanover sits at 5-2 on the season and 2-0 in the HCAC.
* The Panthers have HCAC wins over Bluffton and Defiance, and their losses came to Wabash and #24 Wheaton.
* Hanover allows just 49.6 points per game in their five wins this season and 56.0 points per game total.
* Opponents are shooting just 38% from the floor this season while turning the ball over more than 10 times per game.
* Ty Houston leads Hanover on the offensive end averaging 14.3 points and 7.0 rebounds on the season.
* Max Greenamoyer has shot lights out from deep at 41% on the season for 13.4 points per game.
* Jack Wininger has dominated the paint for the Panthers this season averaging a near double-double at 9.7 points and 10.3 rebounds.
* Hanover hits the road on Saturday for another big HCAC matchup with 2-0 Anderson.

* Hanover leads the all-time series 55-46.
* Hanover won both of last season's meetings by scores of 73-66 and 55-43.
