TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's basketball team squares off with Franklin College in the HCAC Tournament Semifinal Round on Friday at 7:25 pm.  The semifinals and championship game will be played at top-seeded Hanover College.

ROSE-HULMAN GAME NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman has earned the No. 2 seed for the HCAC Tournament and has an overall record of 15-9.
* Rose-Hulman won its HCAC Tournament quarterfinal 66-56 over Earlham.  Terry Hicks led Rose-Hulman with 12 points.
* Rose-Hulman has a record of 13-3 when allowing 65 points or less.  
* Max Chaplin (12.1 ppg), Dillon Duff (11.1 ppg) and Terry Hicks (10.6 ppg) each average double figures for RHIT.
* The all-HCAC team included Hicks (2nd team); Chaplin (Honorable Mention); and Duff (Honorable Mention)
* Max Chaplin, Jackson Kabrick, Samvit Ram and Trey Wurtz have appeared in all 24 games so far this year. 

FRANKLIN GAME NOTES:
* Franklin has earned the No. 6 seed for the HCAC Tournament and has an overall record of 12-14.  Lynn King scored a team-high 20 points off the bench to lead Franklin.
* The Grizzlies won their HCAC Tournament quarterfinal 81-69 at No. 3 seed Defiance.  
* Franklin is led by double-figure scorers Matt Kruase (14.6 ppg), TJ Deere (11.0 ppg) and Mitch O'Mara (10.6 ppg).
* The all-HCAC team included Krause as a 1st-team selection.
* Carter Crowe has appeared in all 26 games this season and Matt Kruase has a team-high 24 starts.
