TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's soccer team responded from a 1-0 deficit with two second half goals to top Greenville University 2-1 in the 2022 men's soccer on Thursday night.
Luke Dawdy tied the score by finishing a crossing pass from
Caleb Urban in the 54th minute. Just seven minutes,
Takezo Kelly scored off a free kick to give Rose-Hulman its final margin of victory.
The Fightin' Engineers outshot Greenville 12-8 in the match, led by four shots from Kelly and two each from Dawdy and
AJ Yilmaz.Â
John Biederstedt picked up the win in goal with three saves.
Rose-Hulman returns to action at home against No. 20 ranked Washington University in St. Louis on Sunday at 2:30 pm.
