TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's soccer team travels to Centre College for the second match of the season on Saturday Sept. 3 at 5 pm.  Centre is ranked No. 14 nationally in the United Soccer Coaches preseason national poll.

ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman opened the season with a narrow 2-1 loss at Webster on Thursday night.
* Lauren Marquardt opened the match scoring with her first career goal in the 24th minute at Webster.
* Kyra Hicks assist the Marquardt goal, and Lane Lawrence led the offense with four shots.
* Rose-Hulman finished 12-3-2 and 7-1-1 in HCAC play last season.
* The Fightin' Engineers advanced to the HCAC Tournament Semifinal Round in 2021.

SERIES HISTORY: 
* Centre leads 6-4-1 overall.
* Centre has won the most recent two meetings.
* This will be the first meeting between the two teams since 2015.
