TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology volleyball team returns to the road for their second invitational in as many weekends in Bloomington, Illinois, on Friday and Saturday.  Live video and live stats for all three matches are available at the links above.

ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman opened their season with a 3-1 showing in their season opening invitational in Houston.
* Sophia Harrison, one of the two Rose-Hulman seniors, led the Fightin' Engineers on the weekend with 49 assists and 11 service aces. She now sits just 10 assists shy of 600 throughout her successful Rose-Hulman career.
* Sophia Koop led the Fightin' Engineers attack last weekend, tallying 34 kills. Koop either led or was second in the team in attacks in each game last weekend.
* Allie Fults carried the momentum of last season's all-HCAC honor by pacing Rose-Hulman with 8 blocks on the weekend. Fults also finished second on the team in kills with 24.
* A pair of freshman stepped up for the Fightin' Engineers as Lily Ebright tallied 64 digs and Megan Korte added 20 kills for Rose-Hulman.
* After this weekend's Illinois Wesleyan Invitational, Rose-Hulman will return to Illinois next weekend for the Aurora Invitational on September 16-17.

OPPONENT NOTES:
* Greenville comes in at 2-2 on the year following a split at the Grinnell Invitational last weekend.
* The Panthers are led by their senior OH, Mia Bonacorsi, who tallied 47 kills last weekend.
* Concordia (WI) comes in at 2-1 with their loss coming at #3 Calvin.
* Senior setter, Sierra Lee, led the way for the Falcons with 53 assists last weekend.
* Illinois Wesleyan also comes in at 2-1 after the Mt. St. Joseph Invitational with their one loss coming in 5 sets against Mt. St. Joseph.
* Taylor Babec leads the way defensively for the Titans with 7 blocks including 4 in one match vs Wittenberg.

SERIES NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman leads the all-time series with Greenville 11-5, though the two schools have only met once since the 2017 season.
* This will be just the second all-time meeting between Rose-Hulman and Concordia (WI). Concordia won the first meeting 3-0 back in 2019.
* Illinois Wesleyan leads Rose-Hulman 6-4 in the all-time series, but Rose-Hulman did get the road win last season by a score of 3-0.
