TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's basketball team hosts Manchester on Wednesday night at 7:30 PM. This is the final game of a four game home stand that has included a loss to Wabash and a wins over Franklin and Bluffton.
ROSE-HULMANÂ (7-6, 4-2Â HCAC) GAME NOTES:
* The Fightin' Engineers bounced back from their three game losing streak with back-to-back wins over Bluffton and Franklin.
* The Fightin' Engineers improved to 3-1 on their home floor with wins over Transylvania, Franklin, and Bluffton. They played nine of their first 10 games on the road.

Max Chaplin leads the team with 12.3 points per game.

Miles McGowen also averages double figures with 12.1 points and 8.8 rebounds per game.

Bradley Harden,
Willie Bowman, and
Kobe Stoudemire have been lights out from three, shooting a combined 47-105Â (45%) this season.

Terry Hicks and McGowen each recorded double-doubles in last Wednesday's win over Franklin. Hicks finished with 16 points and 10 rebounds, and McGowen recorded 15 points and 12 rebounds.
* The Fightin' Engineers had 13 players score in Saturday's win over Bluffton including 14 points from Chaplin and Harden and the first career collegiate point for
Ben Olenick.

Nick Sales is completing his first year at Rose-Hulman. Sales was associate head coach at Marietta for the past nine seasons where he won seven OAC regular season championships, made three NCAA tournaments, and reached the NCAA Division III Final Four in 2022. Sales was 204-45 on staff at Marietta.
* Rose-Hulman hits the road on Saturday for a game at Defiance at 1:00 PM.
MANCHESTER (6-7, 4-2Â HCAC) GAME NOTES:
* Bluffton sits at 6-7 on the season and 4-2 in the HCAC.
* The Spartans have fallen in 3 straight after winning 6 in a row earlier this season.
* Manchester went 0-2 last week with a two-point loss to Anderson on Wednesday and a 4-point loss to Mount St. Joseph on Saturday.
* The Spartans trailed by 29 with 16:58 to go in the game on Saturday, but they rattled off a 16-2 run late in the half to cut the lead down to 4. They got the lead down to 2 points with 7 seconds to go, but they eventually ran out of time.
* Bryant Smith leads the Spartans with 19.3 points per game.
* Logan Willoughby has added 17.9 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game.
* Ty Lynas and Quentex Columbus have each added double figures with 13.2 and 12.7 points per game.
* Smith and Willougby have combined to shoot 60-132 from three this season which is 45%.
* Manchester is a perfect 6-0 when Willoughby, Smith, and Columbus all play in the game. All of their losses have come with at least one of those three players missing the game.
* Manchester hits the road again on Saturday with a trip to Hanover at 2:00 PM.
