TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's basketball team looks snap a two-game skid with a return to home on Wednesday at 7:30 PM against Hanover. The Fightin' Engineers had won four straight games prior to their two-game skid last week.
ROSE-HULMANÂ (9-8, 6-4Â HCAC) GAME NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman is 4-1 at home on the season with their lone loss coming to Wabash.

Max Chaplin won the HCAC Player of the Week two weeks ago and leads the team with 13.9Â points per game. He has recorded career-highs in points in each of the last two wins over Manchester and Defiance with 23 and 26 points.

Miles McGowen also averages double figures with 11.8 points and 8.8 rebounds per game.

Bradley Harden,
Willie Bowman, and
Kobe Stoudemire have been lights out from three, shooting a combined 59-138Â (43%) this season.

Terry Hicks led the Fightin' Engineers with 20 points in Saturday's loss to Transylvania.
* McGowen also contributed his sixth double-double of the season with 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Nick Sales is completing his first year at Rose-Hulman. Sales was associate head coach at Marietta for the past nine seasons where he won seven OAC regular season championships, made three NCAA tournaments, and reached the NCAA Division III Final Four in 2022. Sales was 204-45 on staff at Marietta.
* Rose-Hulman returns home on Saturday afternoon at 1:00 PM as they host Mount St. Joseph. The Fightin' Engineers fell to the Lions 63-66 in overtime on the road earlier this season.
HANOVER (10-7, 6-4Â HCAC) GAME NOTES:
* Hanover sits at 10-7 on the season and 6-4 in the HCAC.
* The Panthers are on a two-game winning streak including a 38-point beat down of Bluffton on Saturday.
* Ty Houston leads all scorers with 15.8 points per game this season. He is shooting 40% from three and adds 7.1 rebounds per game.
* Max Greenamoyer also averages double figures with 12.9 points per game on 39% shooting from three.
* Jack Wininger led the Panthers to victory in the first meeting with a career-high 33 points on 9-17 shooting from three. Wininger's career-high coming into that game was 15 points on just 3 made threes.
* Hanover will return to the road on Saturday as they travel to Defiance for a 2:00 PM kickoff.
SERIES HISTORY:
* Hanover leads the all-time series 56-46.
* Hanover has won three straight meetings including both games last season and the first game this season.
* Rose-Hulman had won four of the last five games prior to those three.
* The Fightin' Engineers are 12-3 against Hanover at Hulbert Arena going back to the 2010-2011 season.
