TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's basketball team hosts Bluffton on Saturday night at 3:30 PM. This is the third game of a four game home stand that has included a loss to Wabash and a win over Franklin.
ROSE-HULMANÂ (6-6, 3-2Â HCAC) GAME NOTES:
* The Fightin' Engineers ended a three-game losing streak with their win over Franklin on Wednesday night.
* The Fightin' Engineers improved to 2-1 on their home floor with wins over Transylvania and Franklin. They played nine of their first 10 games on the road.

Miles McGowen leads the team with 12.6 points and 8.8 rebounds per game.

Max Chaplin is averaging double figures at 12.2 points per game as well.

Kobe Stoudemire have been lights out from three, shooting a combined 43-97Â (44%) this season.

Terry Hicks and McGowen each recorded double-doubles in Wednesday's win over Franklin. Hicks finished with 16 points and 10 rebounds, and McGowen recorded 15 points and 12 rebounds.

Nick Sales is completing his first year at Rose-Hulman. Sales was associate head coach at Marietta for the past nine seasons where he won seven OAC regular season championships, made three NCAA tournaments, and reached the NCAA Division III Final Four in 2022. Sales was 204-45 on staff at Marietta.
* Rose-Hulman hosts the Manchester Spartans on Wednesday, January 11 at 7:30 PM.

* Bluffton sits at 4-8 on the season and 2-3 in the HCAC.Â
* The Beavers have won 3 of their last 5 after starting the season just 1-6.
* Bluffton took down rival Bluffton 70-69 on Wednesday night.
* Kegan Owen leads the Beavers this season with 13.8 points per game.
* Freshman Brady Wheeler has stepped up for Bluffton with 11.0 points per game on 39.2% shooting from three.
* Michael Stammen has added 10.1 points per game this season and leads the team in assists with 4.3 per game.
