Women's Volleyball Takes on Greenville University Wednesday at 7 PM CT

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's volleyball team travels to Greenville, Illinois to face the Greenville University Panthers on Wednesday night at 7 PM CT. 

ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman comes into the contest against Greenville at 10-9 on the season and 0-2 in the HCAC.
* The Fightin' Engineers have faced some tough competition falling to DePauw, #15 Transylvania, and #17 Mount St. Joseph all in straight sets. 
* Lily Ebright currently leads the team and ranks third in all of NCAA Division III with 6.73 digs per set. 
* Ebright also leads the team and the conference with 444 digs which ranks 2nd in all of NCAA Division III.
* She is currently sitting at 996 digs for her career here at Rose-Hulman just four digs away from 1,000.
Kate Wood leads the team and ranks 8th in the conference and just inside the top-50 in NCAA Division III with 167 kills so far this season.
Allie Fults is the Engineers star at the net leading the team and ranking second in the conference and top-40 in NCAA Division III with 62 blocks so far this season, and she is tied for first in the conference and 21st in Division III with 20 solo blocks. She also leads the team in hitting percentage at .227 which ranks 13th in the HCAC.
Jillian Gregg is the standout setter leading Rose-Hulman and ranking fourth in the HCAC with 406 assists and ranking eighth in the conference with 28 service aces. 
* Sophia Koop also found her way into the top-10 in the HCAC with 26 service aces on the season.
* The Fightin' Engineers will return to conference play hosting Defiance College on Saturday, 10/14 for National Girls & Women in Sports Day at 5 PM.

GREENVILLE NOTES:
* Greenville enters the mid-week matchup with a record of 11-7 overall and 7-0 in the SLIAC.
* The team is currently on a six-match winning streak with their most recent win over Monmouth College with a final score of 3-0. 
* Greenville has won in three straight sets in their last four matches. 
* Mia Bonacorsi leads the team with 190 kills this season and 3.02 kills per set. 
* Kaitlin Murray is the team's assist leader with 333 assists this season.
* Chasity Hill leads the Panthers defensively with 248 digs so far this year. 
* Lainey Hicks has been exceptional leading the Panthers at the net with 38 blocks. 
* The Panthers will return to action facing Lyon College on Saturday, 10/14 at 10 AM.

SERIES HISTORY:
* Rose-Hulman leads the series between the two teams with a record of 11-6 over the Panthers. 
* Greenville has picked up wins in the last two meetings between the teams with scores of  3-1 and 3-0.
* The last time the Engineers earned a win over the Panthers was during the 2017 season with a final of 3-0.
