TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology football team travels to North Manchester, Indiana as they look to ruin Homecoming for the Manchester Spartans. The game will kick off at 1:30 PM on Saturday.

ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman enters this week at 2-2 on the season following their 64-3 win over Anderson on Saturday for Homecoming.
* Jailen Hobbs is the reigning 2-time HCAC Special Teams Player of the Year after leading the league in kickoff return and punt return average last season.
* Hobbs is coming off an All-American season in 2022 as he became the first two-sport All-American in school history in track and football. He was the first HCAC Athlete of the Year in school history in 2022-23.
* Hobbs was named the HCAC Offensive Player of the Week and earned D3football.com Team of the Week honors after putting up 14 catches, 205 yards, and 3 touchdowns in the win over Trine.
* Andrew Toler also earned preseason All-American honors from The CFB Network. He was a 1st-Team all-HCAC punter in 2022.
* Toler has been named the HCAC Special Teams Player of the Week twice this season.
* Daniel Huery earned preseason All-American recognition from D3football.com. He was a 2nd-Team All-Region honoree and a 1st-Team all-HCAC honoree in 2022.
* Four players on the stout Rose-Hulman defense have come up with interceptions this season. Rose-Hulman has forced seven turnovers in their first four games of the season.
* Payton Gryniewicz leads the team with 3.0 sacks on the season, all coming in Saturday's win over Anderson.
*Cameron Dorsey and Adam Field lead the team with 25 tackles this season.
* Jeff Sokol is serving in his 13th year at Rose-Hulman with a career record of 79-42 and the top winning percentage in program history at .653. Sokol has led Rose-Hulman to three HCAC titles and NCAA Playoff appearances in 2016 and 2021.
* Rose-Hulman will return to the gridiron on Saturday, October 14 as the Fightin' Engineers return home to host the Bluffton Beavers.

MANCHESTER NOTES:
* Manchester comes into the weekend at 0-4 on the season and 0-1 in the HCAC.
* The Spartans fell to Mount St. Joseph 69-14 on Saturday.
* Manchester has scored just three touchdowns through their first four games of the season.
* The Spartans have recorded just 39 total rushing yards.
* Three different Manchester quarterbacks have combined to throw for 713 yards this year.
* Duriel Moss Jr. leads the team with 20 catches, 209 yards, and 2 touchdowns.
* Jamaal Hubbard has made 45 tackles this season and 5.5 tackles for a loss to lead the team.
* After Manchester's homecoming game, the Spartans will hit the road to take on Hanover.

SERIES HISTORY:
* Rose-Hulman leads the all-time series 24-8 over Manchester
* The Fightin' Engineers have won 12 straight games over the Spartans dating back to 2010.
* Rose-Hulman has also won 19 of the last 20 games dating back to 1994.
* The lone Manchester win in the last 30 years came in North Manchester in 2009 with a 20-17 victory.
