TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's volleyball team travels to Cincinnati, Ohio for their 2nd straight meeting with a top-20 team as they battle #17 Mt. St. Joseph at 1 PM on Saturday.
ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
*Â Rose-Hulman comes into the weekend at 10-8 on the season and 0-1 in the HCAC.
* The Fightin' Engineers had their five-game win streak snapped last week with losses to DePauw and #15 Transylvania.

 Lily Ebright picked up where she left off in 2022 by winning the HCAC Defensive Player of the Week award in four consecutive weeks and for the eighth time in the last 12 weeks dating back to last year.
* Ebright, the defending HCAC Defensive Player of the Year, is currently ranked third in all divisions of the NCAA in digs per set at 6.75. She also leads every player in the all divisions of the NCAA in digs with 425. Ebright is currently sitting at 977 career digs which puts her 23 shy of 1,000 for her career.

Allie Fults also helped lead the defense with outstanding blocking efforts. Fults has recorded 61 blocks this season to lead the big Rose-Hulman front line.

Jillian Gregg lead the offensive attack for the Fightin' Engineers. Wood has totaled 163 kills with a .221 hitting percentage on the year. Gregg has 388 assists and 6.16 assists per set as well as adding 23 service aces.
* The Fightin' Engineers will return on Wednesday night as they travel to Greenville for a mid-week non-conference matchup.
MT. ST. JOSEPH NOTES:
* Mt. St. Joseph comes in at 13-1 on the year and 1-0 in the HCAC.
* The lone loss for the Lions this year came to Otterbein in a tough five-setter.
* Mt. St. Joseph won their first HCAC match of the season on Friday as they beat Anderson in four sets.
* Freshman Emma Sicking leads the team with 168 kills on the season and a .215 hitting percentage.
* Grace Young has recorded 112 kills with a team high hitting percentage at .290.
* Setter Jasmine Butler has recorded 492 assists and 10.04 assists per set.
* Erin Androne leads the Lions' defense with 233 digs on the season.

* Mt. St. Joseph leads the all-time series 14-5.
* The Lions have won four straight matches since 2019.
* The last win for Rose-Hulman came in five sets back in 2018.
