Volleyball Hosts Bluffton University for Senior Day Saturday at 4 PM

TERRE HAUTE, Ind.-- The Rose-Hulman women's volleyball team will host Bluffton University on Saturday for Senior Day at 4 PM. 

ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman enters their match against Bluffton with a record of 13-13 overall and 3-5 in the HCAC.
* The Fightin' Engineers must win on Saturday for a chance to make the HCAC Tournament. They will need a win and a loss by either Anderson or Earlham to clinch their spot.
* Rose-Hulman suffered a loss to the Earlham Quakers on Wednesday night with a final of 3-0. 
Lily Ebright currently leads the team and the conference ranking third in all of Division III with 6.53 digs per set.
* Ebright also leads the team and conference ranking third in the nation in total digs with 588.
Kate Wood leads the team and ranks 12th in the conference with 218 kills so far this season.
Allie Fults is the Fightin' Engineers star at the net leading the team and ranking second in the conference with 90 total blocks. She leads the conference and the team ranking 11th in the nation with 28 solo blocks this year.
Jillian Gregg is the standout setter leading Rose-Hulman and ranking third in the HCAC with 584 assists. She also ranks third in the conference with 43 service aces. 
Sophia Koop ranks sixth in the conference with 39 service aces. 

BLUFFTON NOTES:
* Bluffton enters the match with the Engineers with a record of 6-23 overall and 1-7 in the HCAC. 
* The Beavers picked up their first conference victory of the year against Defiance in their last match with a final of 3-1. 
* This broke the team's streak of 13 losses in a row. 
* Jenna Woods leads the team with 247 kills on the season.
* Mallory Fluharty is the team's star setter leading the team with 628 assists this year. 
* Emma Organ leads the defense with 324 digs this year averaging 3.12 digs per set. 
* Kasey Sager is the Beavers best defender at the net leading the team with 61 blocks this season. 

SERIES HISTORY:
* Rose-Hulman trails Bluffton in the all-time series with a record of 5-17 against the Beavers. 
* The Engineers have won the last two meetings with Bluffton with scores of 3-2 in 2022 and 3-0 in 2021. 
* The last time the Beavers defeated the Fightin' Engineers was in the 2020 season with a final score of 0-3.
