LAGRANGE, Ga. -- No. 3 ranked LaGrange College showed its strength in a doubleheader sweep of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in the Fightin' Engineer season opener on Saturday.

In the opener, Rose-Hulman took an early lead at 1-0 on a double by Dalton Busboom.  Colter Couillard-Rodak added Rose-Hulman's first home run of the year with a 2-run shot to provide the Rose-Hulman offense in the game one 20-3 loss.

In game two, Kade Kline led the offense with two hits and one run scored.  Busboom added an RBI in the 14-2 loss.

Rose-Hulman and LaGrange conclude their 3-game series on Sunday at 2 pm.
