TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology battled NAIA scholarship program Goshen College in a tight match before falling 6-3 at Brickway Tennis and Pickleball Club on Saturday.

Owen Reynolds led the Fightin' Engineers with a pair of victories.  Reynolds won 6-4, 6-1 at No. 1 singles and teamed with Rhian Seneviratne for an 8-4 win at No. 1 doubles.

The No. 2 doubles team of Grant Paradowski and Andrew Leonard won 8-7 in a tiebreak, and Paradowski also battled in a 3-set loss in singles play in a strong performance.

Rose-Hulman stands 5-6 on the season and hosts Trine University on Sunday at Brickway.
