Women's Basketball Looks to Extend Road Win Streak to 7 at Manchester

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's basketball team hits the road for their first of two road games on Wednesday as they travel to North Manchester to take on the Spartans at 7:30 PM.

ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman comes in at 9-8 on the season and 6-4 in the HCAC on the season.
* The Fightin' Engineers have won six consecutive road games dating back to their November 20 win at Caltech.
* Rose-Hulman has won six of their last eight games with a 67-41 win over Bluffton on Saturday.
* Jamie Baum, a second-team all-HCAC selection in 2022, is averaging 12.2 points per game this season. She is currently ranked #24 in NCAA Division III in free throw percentage this season at 87.5%.
* Grace Roland ranks 2nd in the HCAC in rebounding at 7.3 per game and 5th in the HCAC in scoring with 12.4 points per game.
* CK Gallegos-Rodriguez made history in the win over Defiance as she was the first in school history to record 5 assists, 5 steals, and 5 blocks in a game. She is top-10 in the HCAC in steals per game with 2.0.
* Ashley Black is averaging double figures at 10.9 points per game, and she led the team with 21 points in the win over Manchester last week.
* Sophia Reese ranks 3rd in assists in the HCAC with 3.6 per game.
* The Fightin' Engineers will return to action on Saturday, January 27 as they travel to Lexington to take on the defending national champions, #2 Transylvania.

MANCHESTER NOTES:
* Manchester comes in at 5-12 on the season and 2-8 in the HCAC. 
* The Spartans have dropped back-to-back games and four of their last five.
* This is the first game of a three-game home stand for the Spartans as they will host Earlham and Bluffton after Rose-Hulman.
* Hailee Kline leads the team with 10.8 points per game this season. 
* Abigail Rosenkrans missed the first 11 games of the season, but she has come back strong with 9.2 points and 7.3 rebounds per game in her last six.
* The Spartans will return to their home floor on Saturday, January 26 at 1 PM, as they host the Earlham Quakers.
