TERRE HAUTE, Ind.-- The Rose-Hulman men's basketball team will host Earlham College on Wednesday night with the John Mutchner Cup on the line. Tip off is set for 7:30 PM.

ROSE-HULMAN NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman enters the contest with a record of 4-9 overall and 2-4 in the HCAC. 
* The Engineers picked up a big win over the Defiance College Yellow Jackets with a final score of 80-56. 
* Rocco Richie had a career-high 22 points and six made three-pointers in the win over Defiance. 
* Miles McGowen recorded his third double-double of the year against the Yellow Jackets with 22 points and 10 rebounds.
* McGowen has been the standout this season averaging 15.0 points per game and 7.6 rebounds per game. 
* He currently leads the conference with a field goal percentage on .564, and ranks eighth in points per game.
* Bradley Harden leads the team and ranks sixth in the conference with 44 assists this season. 
* Cole Pride has been the protector at the rim leading the team and ranking fifth in the conference with 11 blocked shots.
* The team is led by second-year Head Coach Nick Sales. 
* Rose-Hulman will return to action hosting Transylvania on Saturday, 1/13 at 3 PM. 

EARLHAM NOTES:
* Earlham is led by Ken Walker with 18.4 points per game this season. 
* Kendell Cave is also averaging double figures in scoring with 13.0 per game and leads the team in rebounding with 6.1 rebounds per game. 
* The team is led by fifth year head coach Joe Scheuers.
* The Quakers will continue HCAC action hosting Manchester University on Saturday, 1/13 at 3 PM. 

SERIES HISTORY:
* The Engineers lead the series against the Quakers with a record of 67-55 against Earlham. 
* Rose-Hulman has earned the win in the last three meetings between both teams. 
* Their last victory came in February of the 2023 season with a final score of 57-52.
* The last time the Quakers defeated the Engineers was during the 2022 season with a final score of 66-59.
